Unable to get other display resolution

Hello .

Have install the nvidia driver ( 295.49 ) manually ( the hard way which is not so hard ) on opensuse 12.1 ( Linux 3.1.10-1.9-desktop #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Apr 5 18:48:38 UTC 2012 (4a97ec8) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux )

I have read a lot of threads on different forums but I am still stuck.

I have a DELL E153FPT monitor which show :

Horizontal scan range 30 kHz to 63 kHz (automatic)
Vertical scan range 56 Hz to 76 Hz (automatic)
Optimal preset resolution 1024 x 768 at 60 Hz
Highest preset resolution 1024 x 768 at 75 Hz

Pixels per Clock (peak) 16

Is it possible to get any running display definition which Pixel Clock is under 78.8 MHz
such as :
