Powermizer problem, nvidia 9500m gs ubuntu
Hi, I have installed on my laptop Ubuntu 12.04 few days ago. I have an Acer 5920g with an nvidia graphic card, 9500m gs. I have installed the driver 295.40 and yesterday I have updated the 295.53 one.
There is still a problem and I think it is due to powermizer. It is in adaptive mode and when it go the the next level, ad example from level 0 to 1 or viceversa, the screen flicker for less then a second. I tried to set powermizer to maximum performance, the flicker disappears but my laptop become very warm. My question is: there is a solution to overcome this problem? |
