Hello,
I'm trying to compile an nvidia driver 307.11 for a custom latest stable kernel build from source of kernel.org website 3.3.7. The tool nvidia-installer fail to run properly and I don't understand really why... I've got a linux folder containing all the kernel source /usr/src/linux -> /usr/src/linux-3.3.7 and I've got all modules in /lib/modules/3.3.7.120531. When I run the nvidia-installer script I got an error during compilation of the kernel module, see atached bug report. There's no headers package for this kernel under my distro (debian testing). Thank you for any help. Best regards, Guillaume |
