Post Problems configuring geforce2 with debian woody 3.r1

I am trying to configure my card to use X's.
I have a Geforce2 MX and Debian woody r1 all cds.
I have downloaded NVIDIA linux drivers and I have run the script.
But this error appear when i started de X server

(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to initialize the NVIDIA kernel module!
(EE) NVIDIA(0): *** Aborting ***
(II) UnloadModule: "nvidia"
(II) UnloadModule: "vgahw"
(II) Unloading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/libvgahw.a
(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.

Fatal server error:
no screens found

If anyone can help me, i will be very grateful.

try with UseFBDev = False in device section
Section "Device"
Identifier "******"
Driver "nv"
Option "UseFBDev" "false"
