Issues with kernel built with gcc 4.7?

Dell Latitude E6500, Quadro NVS 160M, 302.17 drivers, Fedora Rawhide x86_64

I'm seeing a 100% reproducible hard lockup (time to hold the power button down) when starting the X server if my kernel is built with gcc 4.7 (as recently shipped in Fedora). Backleveling to gcc 4.6.3 and rebuilding the same exact kernel and then recompiling nvidia.ko results in a working system.

Known issue? If not, I'll go ahead and gather up all the usual diagnostic stuff and followup.

Fedora 17 also has gcc 4.7, I'm not aware of such issue that could be related to the compiler at this time.

I have tested 302.17 for a week on F17 x86_64 with no issues.

Yeah, I was afraid of that. I'd not be surprised if it's triggered by something oddball in my kernel .config that isn't in the Fedora stock .config. This is going to be a joy to debug, I'm sure.
