NVIDIA Geforce 302.71 Win8 preview (2012-05-21)
It's been a while since I was here last, got something possibly worthy to play with.
Toshiba released this driver as a Win8 preview driver. Its a full driver, supports Win8, 7 and Vista. Modded INF made and tested. You can grab them from over here

Someone at Guru forums mentioned this fixed the vsync bug on his 680, these might be worth the effort to update to them.
