Any thoughts? |

For now, you can configure a MetaMode with the scaling options you want. For example, if your display device is DFP-0, you could use the MetaMode "DFP-0: nvidia-auto-select { ViewPortIn=1280x800 }" We're working on making this easier / more automatic for future releases.

You confirm, that in recent nvidia driver such a problem exists? And you are on the way to fix it, right? I know, you have spent a lot of time and energy to bring better and enhanced Xandr support for Linux, so what we have here is like "rocky road" to final implementation? ![]() |

Aaron's line is an *example*, nothing more. You need to write a MetaMode according to what exactly it is you want. The documentation explains how ViewPortIn and ViewPortOut work.
