X server freezes

Hello.

My config is:
- Linux 3.4.9-1-ARCH x86_64 GNU/Linux
- Nvidia GTX470
- Core i7 950
- Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD5

After creating game in Diablo III and playing for awhile (it might be 10 sec, or 1 hour) X server freezes. After that i can login via ssh and kill X server (but it wont start again, only after rebooting)
- freeze 1
- freeze 2

I tried downgrade X server and use old versions of drivers. But after that X start to freeze right after start.
- X freeze

A also tested videocard under windows (furmark, 3dmark 06, 3dmark vantage, 3dmark 11, and some other benchmarks). And videocard pass them without any error.

P.S. My old videocard 9800gtx+ runs without any error
P.P.S. Old games like Baldur's gate (icewind dale, planescape torment) runs great.
P.P.P.S. After turning on "Texture Sharpening" diablo seems to work without freezes, but with red glitches

Yep, those Xid errors, the 'os_schedule: Attempted to yield the CPU while in atomic or interrupt context' and 'GPU has fallen off the bus' has been an issue with the nvidia driver for over a year now, but I find it is more likely to happen with the latest drivers. See also:
