Default precompiled kernel interfaces

I recently upgraded to kernel 2.4.20-20.9 and the current driver does not contain the precompiled kernel interfaces that I need. Can I compile a new kernel interface? If so how? Thanks

Would I be safe to assume you're using Redhat? If so, download and install the kernel-headers package.
