I'm getting really pissed being asked to install their software all the time. I get it all the time when searching for something in the internet. It comes up as some security warning. Has this guys been sued yet?

Since using Mozilla, I have never seen GAIN on my pc, unless you dl something like DIVX Pro free version, which has GAIN.

I have no problem with GAIN on my pc using Opera 7. I also run AdAware every so often.

Ya, make sure you use Adaware. I don't know what sites your going too, but I uses IE6sp1 myself and rarely see any gator popups? However I am using Google Toolbar with the popup blocker installed so maybe that helps.
