Linux drivers broken on 3.6 series of kernels with amd IOMMU.

I'm having some major issues with the Nvidia drivers (also possibly something to do with multiple cards) on the 3.6 kernels. All of them fail to fully load on my AMD system(unfortunately I can't disable IOMMU as it breaks both my keyboard and PCIe wireless).I've tested with the following verisons 304.37, 304.43, 304.48, 304.51, 304.60, and 304.64 and they all appear to exhibit the problem. I've tried kernels 3.6.0 and 3.6.5 same issue.

The most interesting logs appear to be

I found some people talking about bugs in older versions of the BIOS for the Asus 990FX MB so I've updated to the 10/16/12 release but it does not appear to have helped.
