Thanz for reply,

I can't post my xf86config, since linux went straight to x after restart , and turn blurry. The only way i know how to get back to text while in xmd was ctrl+alt+backspace, but it doesn't work.

get your *nix to start up in text mode
when it goes blurry press
Ctrl and Alt and F2

or F3 or F4. Then edit you inittab to runlevel 3 or 4.

To me it sounds like your XF86Config-4 file isn't right, especially check you monitor frequencies.
