Default Working XF86Config for Toshiba 6100?

Does anyone have a working XF86Config file for a Toshiba 6100 laptop (Redhat 9.0)?

I grabbed a few from google searches (and one from here) - but none of them work 100%.

Whenever I try to enable twinview (or configure a 2nd display) - my primary display goes white and then starts fading out (doesnt look healthy for the LCD). I sometimes get a display on the external monitor - but the sync is all messed up.

I can't get 1400x1050 to work (I have a nice 1280x1024 display - but I have a dark band on the right side).

I really want to enable the external monitor so I dont have to boot into Windows for presentations!

I'd post my sample XF8Config - -but I have tried about six of them - and am not sure where to start.

I fixed one of my problems.

by setting the option:

Option "IgnoreEDID" "1"

I can now get 1400x1050 working (and no black band on the side)
