Game giveaways

I've been part of a gaming community for some time now that is trying to expand into a for profit league. Anyways, we're trying to expand and gain notoriety, so as part of a promotion we're giving away free steam games to people who watch our twitch.tv stream, on the hour every hour. Once the viewer count hits 100, a pre-release copy of Resident Evil 6 is being given out.

I'm not getting paid BTW, I just have a fun time hanging around these guys and playing games with them (League of Legends, Natural-Selection 2, TF2, minecraft) I admin some of their servers, and some other stuff. They're a nice group of people and I'd like to see them take off.
