it add these things

* Added Multiplayer (Direct IP and Local Area Network) in Game Modes
* Added Controller Settings in Options (allowing you to customise controls)
* Added Detail Level in Advanced Settings
* Added Save Replay in Instant Replay
* Fixed loss of mouse control in Practice Pause Menu
* Fixed EASO localization on the Brazilian Portuguese build

Notes:

* Direct IP supports 2 PC's, 4 users max per PC
* LAN supports up to 4 PC's, 2 users max per PC
* To remap a controller on the Controller Settings screen, click with the mouse on the keys/buttons you want to change
* Use the Detail Level option to fine tune the performance of the game with your PC - a lower level will improve the speed, a higher level will increase the graphical quality
* Saved replays can be loaded from the Save/Load screen

There are different language versions: English, Dutch, Swedish, French, German, Spanish, Polish, Brazilian, Portuguese, Portuguese, Italian.

i cant believe they didnt put net support on the retail product. Still many people have trouble playing online or thorugh a lan.

Dammit the game is still choppy even after having downloaded the patch with or with AA/AF. Its really bugging me now. I wish EA or ATI would confirm where the fault lies for the chopiness.

Maybe it's you windows problem
have you installed latest drivers for all your hardware

Do not forget that EA has a contract with Nvidia

Yeah dude, fresh WinXP install as my older HDD went south with bad sectors...RMAing it as its still under warranty. Latest nforce 3.13 package, latest 3.9 cats...no joy. Pacthed it up as well...no joy. Ah well guess I will have to suffer till a patch or driver gets it right

Games like F1 challenge 99-02 and Tiger Woods 2004 works a charm and those are EA, other non EA games work very well expect Halo where i have to turn down effects to play online...but the fram rates are ok If you ever spot a MUYA in Halo MP, thats me IL2, Max Payne2 all play nicely indeed. Ah well..

Maybe it's a Fifa 2004 bug or it is not optimized for certain ATI cards

Maybe a futura patch will fix that
