Default On remove program after SP1 install

After I installed XP SP1 when I go to remove some programs it does not uninstall all of it,had to go in the system32 folder to get everthing removed, does anybody else have this problem.

It got messed up probably. That happens to me when I install a program, uninstall and install it again heh
