Default Using all displays

I have a GeForce4 Ti4600. Right now I have both of my monitors working. I have been trying to get my TV going with them, but every time I do the monitor I have connected in the DVI port goes off. The TV gets a picture, but the second monitor does not. Is it possible to have all 3 displays going? Or do I have to make a choice between the tv and my second monitor?
