Most likely 2.4.22-10mdk as no mention of switching working kernels was made since then.

Which kernel you're using shouldn't have a significant effect on the install (provided the kernel isn't broken, missing modules / options, due to screwed up config when building). If something like that took place, you'd likely see an updated kernel released immediately so keep an eye on some forums or mailing list regarding your distro and update releases.

You shouldn't have any difficulties if you build the kernel yourself using the -10mdk config and a newer source (but look for new options available in it: make oldconfig).

I'm using mandrake 9.2 and just got the driver configured.=-)
anyone knows if the tv -out works? and also: can you change the screen's refresh rate?
