I have twinview working on my laptop (with CRTs and LCDs on VGA out), and have the desktop spanning working nicely. However, I am only able to get it running w/ a resolution of 800x600 on both screens. I was able to get resolutions of 1280x1024 and 1400x1050 to work but not using any twinview. I have attached to this post my current XF86Config (functional twinview, both screens 800x600)
I will attach that file, and the log file in replies to this post. Here is the relevant information on my video card and its driver Model: GeForce4 440 Go IRQ: 5 Video BIOS: 04.17.00.41.b5 Card Type: AGP Driver Version: 1.0-4496 OS: RedHat Linux 9.0 I am using a Toshiba Satellite 5105-S501, with I believe a pentium 3 Thank you Elliot Last edited by ebetan; 11-10-03 at 08:30 PM. |
