Hey, I realized that for all this time I've never been using AGP under Linux. I tried both the nvidia agp option as well as the agpgart option, and have confirmed that it isn't being enabled by checking both my XFree86 logs and doing a cat /proc/driver/nvidia/agp/status. Anything I should consider doing?

Hi,
Yes, try " cat /proc/driver/nvidia/agp/host-bridge " And do also check your BIOS settings about AGP. nvidia drivers disable AGP by default under some chipset conditions. Take a look at the os-registry.c file. Don't worry too much about AGP! |
