Okay I installed all my drivers and now I need games
I mean freeware RPG's or shooters or even puzzle games. Games for linux. Also where can I get a good compiler for linux that integrates into the shell?

www.tuxgames.com has some good ports of commercial games.
Otherwise, http://software.linux.com/browse/371/?topic=371 looks to be a decent list of open source games.

Check out ebay. There are a ton of Linux games selling on there now for about $10 US.
I just purchase Rune (been wanting it for a while) for $14. |

TuxRacer is included in Mandrake 9.0... I don't know if it's included in Mandrake 8; You might want to look for it... Just go to add or remove programs and search for Tux or tux; works on 9.0.
