Default networking

I've just made a peer-to-peer network with my two computer, and I've created a new user account in both
computers and set the same password, however, the username
box in the logon screen still grey out, and just leave
the Adrian/guest there, doesn't allow me to change to
other user name, so I can't access the other computer shares, how may I solve that, thx.
