Default help vga console doesn't work

hi to everyone

i have installed the nvidia geforce 440 mx deriver on linux mandrake 9.2
and it work fine but my vga console dosn't work when i switch into and also when i stop the system

in attachment my conf and log files

Are you using your TV-OUT, or have a cable plugged into the output jack on the video card? If so remove it and test.

What kernel parameter are you using for the vga console?

Your custom defined modelines are rejected by XFree86 due to invalid refresh rates.

Try adding the option to the device section of xf86config.
Option "NvAGP" "1"

i've tired with the option "Ignore DisplayDevice" "TV" and now it works fine but i can't use my tv-out

what can i do?

I haven't seen any solutions yet to the problems with geforce 4mx cards and tv-out (other cards as well but these most often it seems), on most systems it appears to cause the same terminal problems you have.
