Angry Overscan will never work again ?

Hi people, I'm getting frustrated.
I installed the 4496 drivers, but then, TVOverScan didn't work anymore and the image on TV looked crappy.
I tried it with the 4620 beta drivers, but also had no luck (and it seemed the tv-out image looked even worse than before)

I'm using a Geforce4 420Go (toshiba notebook) ... 4363 is great for tv out, but it has a terrible bug that locks the station after you quit tv-out mode.
Is there any solution ? I'll keep trying to make it work here, will get you in touch.

Thumbs down Possible fix ?

Another thing I just tried .. I hacked the kernel driver sources (not nv-kernel.o) so I could use the lastest 4620 kernel driver with the 4363 X driver ...
TVOverscan didn't work, image looks crappy, but doesn't hang. what I concluded is that the whole thing lies in the kernel side ... I tried mixing some kernel sources (4363 with 4496 and 4363 with 4620) but I just got some more hangs

Anyone had luck this way ?

Let's just hope the hanging problem isn't on nv_kernel.o, then we can use this version just for tv0out until nvidia fixes it.
