that _is_ low, aint much higher scores then I got on my old FX5200ultra
Have you installed your motherboard drivers ? (you must have agp drivers and such installed or else things will be very slow) You could also check if there are newer drivers around for your puter |

yeah, I've done all that, I'm not too sure what it would be. Does updating the mobo bios do anything usually?

Flashing bios is almost never the right way to solve a problem. Most likely your setting in nv control panel request a 2x aa or something like that.
