I managed to install the Nvidia drivers on SuSE finally!
The Nvidia Splash screen appears, but TuxRacer, Racer etc. is very laggy. I have Riva TnT2 Ultra. What is the problem?? |

You can check hardware-acceleration with 3Ddiag: Open a xterm and run 3Ddiag It tells you, what driver is running. If it's mesasoft, there's a mistake in your XF86Config (maybe you just have to switch from "nv" to "nvidia"). If it's the nvidia driver, you just have an old, slow system! Mitsch |
