Default fx 5200 and RH9 cant change resolution

Okay....I have tried EVERYTHING to get my resolution changed to 1024x768 in RedHat9 with my FX 5200 card. I have the latest drivers, so that shouldnt be the problem. When I change the resolution, It says it updated the XF86Config file, but when I restart, the resolution is still 800x600. This is getting very frustrating. Any help would be great.

Here is my XFree86 log file...

NOTE: I did not try to change the resolution before this boot. Also, notice the "cant use default" errors towards the end of the file....I think this may be the problem.
