Default Getting 3D and dual monitors to work

How do I enable the 3D graphics in Red Hat 9 when using the latest NVIDIA drivers for linux. Also is there anyway to enable dual monitors in linux.

I am running the following.

RH 9
Krl 2.4.20-28-9
1700 XP AMD prc
1 GB ram
Geforce FX 5900

Thanks Troy
