Default DVI issues with latest driver

After installing the Nvidia drivers everything works great with the DVI outputing to my Dell 1800FP flat panel display. Unfortunately after I reboot, X tells me that the module can't initialize.

it says "Screens found but none have a usuable configuration"

I'm using a Geforce 4 ti4200 on mandrake 9.2 with Gnome. Let me know if you guys need anymore info or files attached.

Default module is not loaded

when you install the NVidia dirver the module is loaded for you, but you have to specificaly load it yourself next time you boot with

insmod nvidia

or check the docs that come with your distro about setting up modules to load on boot up.
