Well, I'm very excited about the single player portion. From the Mulit-Player beta test, I can already tell that single player could have some interesting results if done correctly

The game is already in a fairly polished state.

I never got to be a tester.
But who cares about that today?

Lets hope for a really good demo, kinda like the first one of CoD. Kickass.
Best demo yet. Or perhaps the UT demo back in -99 still is the best, i'm not sure.

UT demo definately over the CoD one, but the best demo ever was still the original Doom....IMHO.

That was definitely a great one. Playing DM-Morpheus on a Voodoo3 at 1024x768 in Glide was an experience to behold.

My other favorite demos include q3test-1.08, the one that only had one map and one model. I also love the original Medal of Honor MP demo. Stalingrad is such a fun map, especially for 3-4 players. Vash knows exactly what I'm talking about.

Back OT - I'm very excited about the Far Cry single player demo. If I likes, I will go out and place my order the next day. I need something new to sink my teeth into. Half-Life is still fun, but it's time for something different.

Maybe valve and 3drealms should get together and in 2006 release a vaporpak, witch finally releases half life 2, cs:cz and duke nukem forever!

The best two demos I have played were Dungeon Siege and Battlefield 1942, I played battlefield for about 5 hours then ran into town to buy it. The moment I finished the Dungeon Siege demo I wanted to get into that damn tower so I went into town and bought it.

The only two demos that have made me buy that game instantly
