Default fedora+kernel 2.6.1+TV Out (view only on TV)

since i've installed kernel 2.6.1 my tv-out option has some trouble. i can start X fine, but, the monitor is blank. instead the image appears on TV just fine. Does anybody knows about this problem? Can anyone help me? I have tried with agpart from kernel (I've compiled it as an module), i've tried with nvidia agp, no luck. I have an GForce4 Ti 4200 card, at AGP 8x on my GigaByte 7VAXP motherboard .

Angry Same here

I have same graphics card, same kernel (slackware 9.1, linux-2.6.1), tried also the different aproaches with agp, no success.

used 1.0-4496 driver instead, but console is still (after starting X) unreadable
