hey. I am running Debian on a box with an Asrock motherboard . VGA is onboard.
What drivers do I need? I am using now vesa in XF68-config-4. I tried to use nv driver in XF86config-4 but X server crashes with "no screens found". Only works with vesa. lspci gives this output VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV18 [GeForce4 MX 440 AGP 8x] (rev a4) any help would be appreciated |

Another guy was having trouble with his on board nvidia, so I wonder if this is a trend. Does yours use shared memory too?
