Default nvidia 1.0.5332 & FX5200 on AMD64

I can't use the latest driver from nvidia in my system.
Download and install the driver without problems (see attached log); edit the XF86Config to use the nvidia driver (see XF86Config_modif) but then when X start the screen remain blamk and only the reset button works (see XFree86.lastlog when nvidia is try, XFree86.0.log when nv is used)

you can found also the boot.msg

MB is MSI K8T Neo (MS-6702 ATX Mainboard)
DDR-333 512 Mb Ram
CPU AMD athlon 64 +3200
Bios latest ver
Graphics GeForce FX5200 128Mb
Video Bios 04.34.20.22.00
Suse 9.0 for AMD64; Kernel 2.4.21-193-default
Xfree 4.3.0.1

Some help?
I have tried, no acpi but nothing

What does /proc/mtrr contain?
