Hobbit capt grrr...

I wonder if any of you know how to change the Fps for The Hobbit couse the damn thing is capt to 30 Fps hmm driving me nuts!

I have checked for max fps in the ini file and else but cant find it im afraid...okey not the greatest game I know hehe but they say it´'s little like Zelda witch is't all to bad!

So any help would be apretieateful thanx!
