Default AMD64 and 32bit games

Has anyone successfully run 32bit OpenGL games on a 64 bit system? I mean a 64 bit kernel, 64bit NVIDIA drivers, everything is 64 bit?

I can get things like glxgears to work and everything reports correctly under glxinfo, but none of my favorite 32bit games (available only in binary form) can be played.

Has anyone out there had any success and possibly guide me in the correct direction?

32bit compatibility isn't available yet.

By yet, does that mean that there is an intention to provide some sort of 32 bit compatibility? If there is an intention, is there a general time time (by summer, this year, next year) ? Or is that something you simply can't comment on?

Yes, there is an intention to provide this functionality. I don't have an exact timeframe for you, though.

Ditto. Sitting and waiting.

Thanks for the feedback, Mr. Mecham.
