Yep, as I figured... 10 minutes late back from lunch and already everything is so slammed I can't even start a download.

Guess it'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Ok...I said I would mirror it so here is the info:

I have allowed 10 anonymous users and capped it to 1MB/s. I will increase it tonight after classes are done if I can. If I am asked to take it down by the IT department I will. One word of warning though...the PacketShaper here does very weird things...PASV seems to work best (We are talking 800k/s vs 30k/s)...so if you are getting slow speeds then try not using it. No guarantees guys but I would like to help out if I can. Oh and this is on a T3. Please don't distribute this anywhere else or I will take down the FTP immediately.

EDIT: Forgot all about break tomorrow...will be shut down at 2:15 PM EST 2/12/2004
