segfault in 5328 OpenGL shared object

I tried to run gltron on my computer and it segfaults. I ran gltron though gdb and ran a stack trace to see where it was running into problems.

the program will run fine as the root user but any user account trying to run gltron will get that error.

Hi,

experienced quite the same problems. In my case _any_ application using GL that I tried crashed in just the same function (even glxinfo). After upgrading my kernel from 2.4.23 to 2.6.1 everything runs fine. Give it a try.
