I am trying to install Quadro FX3000g on Linux without luck.
I have tried with the new release 5336 but in vain. Anybody had any luck? |

Haven't tried the 3000g yet. Only the Quadro FX3000.
I just bought a FX 3000g to try to get the genlock-support to work, but it has not yet been delivered. What kind of problem did you have? |

It seems that the release 5336 does not have any option to set
genlock/framelock to configure cluster. In the pdf there is some kind of GUI which I can use to set this. It is in the windows but the Linux version (5336) seems to be missing this. ![]() |

Just recived my Quadro FX 3000g.
in the nvidia-settings-gui I can enable FrameLock, but the genlock-options for external sync is shadowed, and I can't figure out what to put in the XF86Config-file. In the "NVIDIA Quadro FX 3000G Tech Brief" pdf-document it says that genlock is supported in linux. |

I found the GUI and tried to connect 5 cards.
But each cards sets itself as master but not client. So, no genlock.. Does nVidia know this kind of problem? Do they have any release plan with this problem fixed? Thanks, |

I've been trying to figure out where this configuration GUI is. Where did you find it?

I don't what I have is right but I found it in distribution 4635..
It creates a /usr/bin directory under the where you run the .sh file. There is a nvidia-setting execution file. I saw this on the pdf and looked for it for a while. I too had hard time finding this. |
