Default Can't start X, help!

os: debian sid
cpu: Athlon XP 2000+
mb: MSI KT3 Ultra2
chipset: via KT333
gpu: GeForce2 MX 400 DDR (MSI card)
xserver: 4.3.0
tried on kernels: -custom: 2.4.22, 2.6.0, 2.6.1, 2.6.2, 2.6.3.
-debian-precompiled: 2.6.0.
gcc version: (for all) 2.95-4
drivers used: 5328, 5336 (debian packages), 5328 pkg 0, 5336 pkg 1(last).
agp driver: via-agp (2.6.x), nvAgp.
video drivers: nv, nvidia, vesa.

Description:
No matter what X server won't start (with any video driver and kernel, tried with all options described above). All compiling ok, with no warnings.
Modules successfully loaded.
Seems like it doesn't recognize the code of the drivers.

Any help would be very apreciated.

The unresolved symbols suggest the module didn't compile for the running kernel, or had issues when doing so. You should recompile it again, using the source extracted from the installer. Perhaps your kernel sources are not linked correctly?

[edit]
after re-read, you mention that it won't start with vesa or nv either.. which means that your entire X install / configuration is borked.. I suggest you reinstall the entire X package from debian and any related / required packages.

Talking

Efectivelly the problem was with the X server.

I moved away all config files, remove and reinstall the xfree86 server with default configs.
Now I got not also X but GLX running!!

I'm the happiest man on earth right now.
I was without GLX since december.

TONZ of thanx to YOU.....

PD: If someone has this kind of problem too, 'apt-get remove xserver-xfree86' is not enought, I had to move manually xserver config files that remain, so the installer generates all configs again, otherwise the installer will use those files.
