Default vid card for redhat9

heya folks i need to know a good card for linux and if some1 could spare the time to tell me what the hell is lindows????

I found my GeForce TI4400 to work very well with RedHat 9. The FX cards are generally not recognized by the older version of X running on RH9, so you have to run the vesa driver until installing the nVidia driver.

The driver readme, found here, lists the supported cards (essentially all nVidia cards, except the Go series mobile cards).

Lindows is a distribution of Linux that is modified to reduce the difficulty of learning the new OS. It is geared toward Windows users and requires very little administration, virtually nothing must be done without a GUI. There are compromises made in order to achieve that goal, see Lindows site for more info.
