Default Goodbye, computer

Since there's nothing particularly exciting going on in the world of PC gaming (I mean, how many times can you play Painkiller and Far Cry) it was just the right time for Ninja Gaiden to come out for Xbox. I've not had too much time to play it, but from what I've done so far, it has all the hallmarks of a great game - just enough action and adventure with fighting and strategy. It gets frustrating just to the point where, when you're about to give up, you beat the stage and can move on. This is a definite must-own for any Xbox owner. I'm having a blast so far.

I envy you. I still haven't been able to make time to play call of duty and I bought it two months ago.

If my Xbox were here at school I'd probably pick up a copy. However, since it's both mine and my brother's, at home it must remain.

Yeah Ninja Gaiden definatly looks good, though unfortunatly for me it came out right after Steel Battalion: Line of Contact (which would be an AWESOME game if it wasn't for the damn connection issues ). So yeah, Ninja Gaiden is next on my list of games to buy. Wonder what that ninja master tournament or whatever they call it is going to be like...could certainly add a few extra hours of multi-player goodness onto the game.

Plus it doesn't hurt to have special appearances by a certain well-endowed, purple-haired female ninja. I've only seen her once so far, but she's apparently an important enough character to be mentioned in the instruction booklet.

Oh my, Saturnotaku's desire to procreate with the DOA girls has surfaced again

Or maybe it never went away...

It will never truly go away, but since I have a real human being with whom to procreate, the desire has subsided considerably.

I picked it up and love it but man is it hard as hell. And the graphics even on my $300 T.V vs my $800 monitor blow out alot of pc games. I cant wait to connect it to a monitor to see it in Hi-Def.

If it could be beaten in a rental period I might give it a go next week during Spring Break.

Absolutely. Right from the get-go it puts your balls to the bandsaw. I wish there was some type of training mode which would get you more familiar with the controls and Hayabusa's moves before you start fighting.
