I know IBM HDs are known for failures from the IBM 75 gxp , IBM 60 gxp series, etc. Not sure about the IBM 120 gxp series. I am just wondering if someone could post a Hdtach if they own a IBM 180 GXP series HD. Plus say which IBM 180 GXP series you have. Some of them have 8 mb of cache and some don't.
Thanks |

I thought IBM backed out of the hard drive business a couple months ago... I guess not. Either way, I would never buy a hard drive from them again; I've had two 75GXPs and four 60GXPs die on me.
