Actually, Hitman 1 had ragdoll physics, and it was one of the first games to have that. It worked really well, it was cool carrying around a body and watching it's limbs flop all over as you drag it across a rough surface

And I also noticed some big problems with the sound. Seems like some things were REALLY muffled, and other things were possitioned wrongly, and and one point my sound completely cut out and I had to restart my computer to get it back. Hopefully it'll be fixed in the full version.

Oh, and remember people: the multiplayer demo is going to be released later tonight! Best part is, it's only 60megs!

I keep hearing about those sound problems, but I haven't had any. Maybe it's an EAX HD bug, as I don't have that enabled (SB Live).

60 mb sounds pretty small for a demo, but there'll probably only be 2 maps, seeing as the full version will have only 8

Actually I think it will only have 1 map in the demo (which is sadly standard for games with a low number of maps, kinda like U2XMP). Also considering I've tried using the game both with AND without 3d sound the audio issues seem to be fairly universal. My beta drivers for my SQ2500 could certainly be the culprit though, but so far I haven't had any MAJOR sound issues with other games aside from this one (that I can remember, anyway).

Arg, I hate this! I absolutly love the multi-player, but I have these STUPID SOUND PROBLEMS WHICH BASICALLY CUTS OUT MY SOUND! I can only half-play the game in the current state. Also the input seems very choppy, especially when you're a merc in 1st person (seems like whenever the FPS drops below 30 the mouse movements stutter). Also the server browser is annoying, it takes forever to get into a game, and I've had the game crash on me as I join a game several times. Bah, maybe I'll end up getting the Xbox version...

Oh, and yes Punkbuster does come with the game, there's an option to enable/disable it in the find game filters (though it's auto-disabled in the demo since it's only included with the retail version).

Edit: ARRRRRG! The game REQUIRES broadband?!? Jesus, no wonder I was getting such bad lag in the game. Great, so now I can't play the game on ANY platform. God, how the hell did they manage to make a 4-player game use up more bandwidth than a 20 player game of Half-life?
