Default Is the fx5600 worth upgrading to?

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade from my existing GeForce 2 GTS and a guy I work with has just replaced his fx5600 with a GeForce 4Ti.

Basically, I want to program with the GLSL shaders (when the drivers are released).

Is this card worth the buy and what kind of price should it go for?

Thanks,
Luke.

P.S: I have an ASUS A7V333 motherboard running Gentoo.
