Default opteron and clawhammer

so is the opteron a multiprocessor version of the clawhammer? People keep talking about amd paper launches, does that mean that if they launch it half 1 that it probably won't be able to be purchased until late q3? q4?

people keep talking because they have nothing better to do, nobody actually cares about paper launches...

At any rate, Opteron has multiprocessing capability, larger cache, and more hypertransport links.
As far as I know thats all.
