Default Is any Body Going to Buy Painkiller

I just got the PCgamer demo of the game,it plays all right at the highest setings, but when I am shooting at a lot of what ever they are I seem to get slow downs but acording to fraps it don'nt go below 40FPS,it like a cross of S.S and will Rock.

Not until it drops to $19.99. I found it to be tooo repetitive.

Turn off shadows within the video configuration and you shouldn't see those slowdowns. I'm pretty sure it's a bug with ATI cards because I don't think any NVIDIA users were complaining about it. Besides, I really don't notice a big difference in visual quality with them off.

Back on topic, I'm pretty sure I will be picking this up. I enjoyed the demo thoroughly. Sure it was repetitive, but so was Serious Sam.

My thoughts exactly. I just have to finish Far Cry first, the game that made me put Ninja Gaiden off to the side.

Yes, I will pick it up.. although I just finished FarCry yesterday, I'm still having fun redoing some missions and MP.
