Default console beep with nvaudio

I've one of these mainboards with no connector for a pc-speaker, but I'd like to have a console beep for my Linux console. (\dev\dsp does work an I'm able to hear music from my CD, it's only this beep, that I need).

Does anybody know, how I get it? (I don't want a beep from KDE or gnome or whatever, just the beep I get in the shell)

(Kernel: 2.4.25, nforce drivers 1.0.0269)
