unreal 3 will REQUIRE at least a 9800xt/5950.. at least thats what the unreal guys said earlier

Its like doom 3 but done with proper effects and charachters of far higher detail, some of that lighting and shadowing was pehnomenal. I'm sold, I'm buying the NV45!! lol

Im pretty sure that DoomIII can render models like that also, they are just scalled down more for todays hardware, I believe that the DoomIII engine still has a few cards up its sleve

Unreal3 engine just looks fantastic to say the least, cant wait until games using that engine start coming out

Oh and Edge,
Maybe you can run that on the XBox2

Doom 3 is all indoors though, thats the main diff, and its alllllll bumped and lit, it has that fake plastic look to it...

at least Doom 3 is not the dry unreal tournament look, but actually use bumpmapping.

OK we got high-poly characters, now can we splatter them around and see lots of nice physics and polygon "squishy" blood?

Or would that be too much for the CPU?
