Default Nvidia driver causes problems with the sound

Here is my problem: i have finally installed the nvidia driver in my Madrake 9.2. I get the TV-Out (the main reason why i purchased a nVidia card) and the acceleration. But for some reason, it induces some problem with the sound card.

The first time i log in after booting it's all right, but after that (if i have used the sound card in a previously) each time i log off and then log in again, i get a message telling that there is some problem with the sound card (a Sound Blaster Live 5.1), and that the /dev/null will be used instead.

Has someone had a problem like this? Does anybody knows how to solve it?.

Default Re: Nvidia driver causes problems with the sound
