mdk 10.0 with 5336: no startx
- video card ASUS v9560td 256M
- driver version 5336 - distribution MDK 10.0 Community kernel 2.6.3-4mdk nolapic - processor AMD2600XP+ - motherboard model ASRock K7S8X Sis 746FX AGP 8x downloaded 5336 driver. installed. modifed XF86Config the system freeze and I have to reboot. tnx anyone for help. My two cents to this matter is this: First modify your config file, THEN install the drivers after X won't show up and you are left in text mode. (Make sure you are root by doing "su") Then see if it works for you.
